Availability
Of Goods You Order
If Lazy Space Art has insufficient stock to deliver the goods
ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum debited by
Lazy Space Art from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and
Lazy Space Art will notify you by email at the address given by you in your
order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible. Lazy Space Art will
not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered
Delivery
Delivery of items you ordered will be made separately from the makers. Delivery
will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted. Delivery normally
takes about 10 days for Asian countries and 2-3weeks for USA, European countries
and others. The delivery times vary depending on availability, normal processing
and delivery companies. This is an indicator (not a guarantee) on how long it
will take us to ship your order.
If your order consists of product from a number of different categories, then the delivery cost will increase.
Customs
Charges
Lazy Space Art does not charge any customs duties on International
shipments. If any additional customs charges are incurred during your shipment,
they are not calculated or monitored by us nor are they the responsibility of
Lazy Space Art. While we do not expect that there will be any additional charges
attached to your order, we recommend that you check with your local customs
officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties
that may be applicable to your on-line order. Lazy Space Art cannot be held
responsible for International taxes or levies charged for your order.
Returning
Items
Please contact us first for the directions for returning items within 25 days
of despatch of the goods. Post the goods you want to return to the address on
the direction message together with your details, including reasons for the
return and any fault details where appropriate within 45 days of despatch of
the goods. Any the payment by you for the goods in question will be credited
or charged to the original card payment. Lazy Space Art will not refund delivery
costs and the postage costs. If you are returning an item because of defects,
and you notify the problem to Lazy Space Art by e-mail within 30 days of despatch
of the goods, we will refund your postage costs. Unfortunately we cannot be
responsible for non-delivery of returned items so we therefore recommend a recorded-delivery
service especially for high value packages.
Liability
This is as follows:
a. If the goods Lazy Space Art delivers are not what you ordered or are damaged
or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, Lazy Space Art shall
have no liability to you unless you notify Lazy Space Art by e-mail to the Lazy
Space Art of the problem within 30 days of the despatch of the goods.
b. If and you are returning an item, and you did not receive goods ordered by
you within 30 days of the date on which they were despatched to you, Lazy Space
Art shall have no liability to you unless you notify Lazy Space Art by e-mail
of the problem within 40 days of the date on which the goods were despatched
to you.
c. If you notify a problem to Lazy Space Art under this condition, Lazy Space
Art's only obligation will be, at its option: to make good any shortage; to
replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or to refund to you
the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way Lazy Space
Art chooses.
d. Lazy Space Art will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential
loss or damage arising out of any problem you notify to Lazy Space Art under
this condition and Lazy Space Art shall have no liability to pay any money to
you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you
for the goods in question under paragraph (c) above.
Lazy Space Art shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods
you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods
delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable
control.
